Yatra Tempo Traveller operates as a part of Chiku Mobility India Private Limited. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. A booking request submitted through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel does not automatically guarantee vehicle availability.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after confirmation from our team and, where applicable, receipt of the required advance payment.
The applicable fare will depend on factors such as vehicle type, travel distance, duration, route, trip type, applicable taxes, tolls, parking charges, state taxes, driver allowance, and other applicable expenses.
Any additional charges that arise during the journey and are not included in the agreed fare may be payable by the customer.
Depending on the booking, an advance payment may be required to confirm the vehicle. The balance amount must be paid according to the payment terms communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the time of cancellation, booking type, journey date, vehicle category, and other applicable booking conditions.
Customers are advised to check the applicable cancellation and refund terms before confirming their booking.
We make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle category selected by the customer. However, in exceptional situations, the assigned vehicle may be replaced with another vehicle of similar category or capacity, subject to availability.
Customers and passengers are expected to behave responsibly throughout the journey and follow applicable laws, safety instructions, and reasonable instructions from the driver.
Passengers must not damage the vehicle, carry prohibited items, or engage in activities that may endanger other passengers, the driver, or the vehicle.
Drivers are responsible for operating the vehicle safely and in accordance with applicable transportation and traffic regulations.
Customers should provide accurate pickup, drop-off, travel date, passenger count, and route information when making a booking.
Charges such as tolls, parking fees, permits, interstate taxes, entry fees, additional kilometres, extra hours, or other government or route-related charges may apply depending on the booking and may be payable separately where they are not included in the quoted fare.
Customers must not use our vehicles for any unlawful activity. Carrying illegal, hazardous, or prohibited substances is strictly not permitted.
Smoking or any other activity prohibited by applicable law or vehicle policy may not be permitted inside the vehicle.
Travel times may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle restrictions, government regulations, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in such circumstances but cannot guarantee a particular arrival time when external conditions cause delays.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, valuables, and documents during the journey. Yatra Tempo Traveller shall not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in the vehicle.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and up to date. However, fares, vehicle availability, routes, and service information may change without prior notice.
Certain services may involve third-party vendors, drivers, vehicle operators, payment providers, or other service providers. Their services may be subject to their respective terms and applicable laws.
Information provided by customers is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the applicable privacy terms.
